Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevator was fast. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Granting my extremely late checkout with a smile. The conference room was a short indoor walk from my room, about a 1 minute walk. I look forward to my next stay at The Comfort Inn & Suites and Convention Center.

There's so much I absolutely loved about this hotel. #1- animal friendly (huge in my book) #2-friendly staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing, and I had a few issues when I first got there, and everyone was so helpful. #3- the Jacuzzis room is worth every penny. #4- bennigans will deliver to your room. # 5- early check-in and late check out. My only recommendation would be more towels in the jacuzzi room, which you obviously can ask for. You can tell the hotel itself could use some remodeling, and I did have some issues with keys working, but staff was so helpful that they definitely didn't lose a star over it and fixed the issue so quick like I was a priority.

If it wasn't for the lady at the front this would be a 1 star. We got to our first room and when I pulled out the sofa sleeper I noticed food under the coach. So I pulled the cover off and it was full of crumbs and hair. The lady working was really nice and she put us in a different room. Since I was feeling a little freaked out I did the same in the new room. The sofa sleeper was clean, but stained. Not a big deal. I pulled back the covers and looked at the cover on my bed and it was completely stained, even looked like blood. Underneath that cover was also food crumbs and hair. They had an extra cover and sheets in a closet so I changed it out myself. One sheet was covered in blue sticky stuff. The price was fair for a suite and the pool was open until 11, but I care most and cleanliness and this wasn't it. It was dark in the room so the pictures don't do it justice. If you look close you can see everything.

Amazing hotel! This place is pristine. It is great for those who are going to attend one of the football games or just for staying. The lobby is super nice, very clean, with lots of windows and light. The pool and rooms are also great. Will attach some photos. The first is of the lobby when you first walk in. Then the breakfast bar if you walked in on the left part of the island in the lobby looking right. The grounds picture of the hotel is looking south This picture is looking north The pool is always getting renovated so this picture might not be up to date.

Got a jacuzzi room which is supposed to be “nicer” than other rooms. Couldn’t even use it, the water pressure is slow and it would’ve taken an hour to fill. Gave up after a half hour. Shower was TINY. Everything felt dirty/dingy. Entrance B by our room smelled like weed. Won’t return.
